Rob is responsible for leading the design of wetland, effluent irrigation, and water reuse projects.

Rob has amassed over 20 years of experience working in the field of ecological engineering, specialising in wetland design. Throughout his career he has led multiple wetland design teams, most notably for Unity Water’s award-winning biodiverse forest and treatment wetland project in Maleny. Earlier in his career, he also spent time researching and lecturing on ecological engineering and passive treatment systems at Griffith University and abroad.

Since his introduction to ecological engineering, Rob has been a passionate advocate for the utility and benefits that natural process provide to water treatment. In his work, he is driven to create solutions with strong, long term benefits that leave a legacy for future generations to enjoy.

Rob spends most of his spare time on his 40 foot sailing boat, cruising along the east coast of Australia.
